The class is taught by experienced and certified yoga teachers, coming also from India. The class starts with physical postures because the body is a good place to start. The postures are adopted from a combination of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. The following discussion session explores the spiritual dimensions of yoga. Each session has a theme like happiness, karma, love, courage, monkey mind, compassion, letting go, desire, truth and so on. At the end of the class you will be guided through mindfulness mediation techniques like mantra meditation, walking mediation, Pranayama, Vipassana, Kundalini, Om chanting, Osho mediation, chakra meditation, Isha Kriya and many more.
