This is a full body workout from head to toe. We will start with a warm up and then we will work our way through the body with some short stretching pauses in between. The workout is a bit ”dance”- inspired but it requires absolutely no previous dance experience. We will work out to some nice pop music to get extra motivation while sweating. The class is open for anyone who wants to join, no previous experience is necessary. Looking forward to see you in class!
Classes



Kids participating in classes are provided with a physical, creative outlet that encourages each child to discover his/her individual talents. Creating movement through storytelling, use of props, and stimuli such as a visual art and varitey of musical styles. A great start for the young dancers.

A classical dance form from southern India. Bharatanatyam embodies music, movement and mythological stories to create visual form. For children ages 5-13. The main focus in the class is to train the children on the basic Adavus(Footwork), Mudras(Hand postures), some theoritical aspects of Bharatnatyam followed by a classical dance item.

Moving the body with consideration of alignment and mindfulness, we can create structure and strength. I open each class by tuning into the breath and setting an intention for what we can bring into the class and our lives. Mixing styles of Hatha with Vinyasana and Kundalini Breathing, ending in a delicious Savasana. My wish to all my students is to leave feeling tapped into their inner strength and well being that they can carry with them through out their day and lives. Namaste.

A total body experience. You will see your strength build consistently with barre workouts. Small isometric movements work muscle to fatigue, then stretch it out to create long and firm muscle. This is a great workout to build up strength or to take your fitness to the next level. Isometric exercises are a great compliment to other workouts, they develop the muscle fibers that are essential for endurance and balance.

A lovely way to wash the happenings of the day away. Come to clear your mind and come back into your body for a peaceful yet powerful yoga flow by candlelight. We will move the body with the breath and hold some postures to gain a deeper understanding and challenge of the pose. This is an all levels class. Some aromatherapy will be used in class, please be mindful.

60 minute vinyasa flow that will work your entire body. We will do each group of exercises in 3 sets, the first set will be slow with an emphasis on form and breath and the next 2 sets will be where you rely on your breath to keep you focused… and from giving up. This is where my love of yoga started and I hope I can share my love with you. Let’s flow!
Wir werden jede Art der Übung in drei Stufen trainieren: Auf der ersten Stufe langsam, mit der Aufmerksamkeit auf die Form und den Atem. Auf den nächsten zwei Stufen werden Sie hauptsächlich mit dem Fluss des Atems und in einem schnellen Tempo arbeiten. Hier hat meine Liebe für Yoga begonnen, und es wäre mir ein großes Anliegen, wenn ich Ihnen meine Begeisterung dafür weitergeben könnte.

Wenn Sie noch nie etwas mit Yoga zu tun hatten oder wenn Sie Ihrer Matte eine Zeit lang fern geblieben sind, dann ist dies der richtige Kurs für Sie. Ich werde Sie Schritt für Schritt an die Übungen heranführen, von Bodenübungen bis zu den Übungen im Stehen und gleichzeitig durchgehend auf die Pranayama Atmung achten. Wenn Sie regelmäßig Yoga machen, bzw. fortgeschritten sind, können wir eine Stufe höher steigen und ich zeige Ihnen Variationen der Übungen, die Sie mehr fordern werden.
Dieser Kurs dauert 60 Min. und hat die präzise Ausführung der Übungen und den gesamten Körper im Fokus.
