Hey, my name is Patricia and I’m 22 years old. I’m originally from Norrköping, Sweden but I’ve been living here in Munich since 2017. I come from a dancing family where my three sister are just like me, dancers. I started teaching my first dance class at the age of 15 and have been teaching back and forth ever since then. I just graduated from Iwanson International School of Contemporary dance where I studied not only contemporary dance but also ballet and jazz. (2017-2020) Munich really feels like home to me now after three years so I decided to stay in this wonderful city after my studies. I’ve been dancing since I could walk but I also developed a great interest for fitness along the way. I love to train together with others and share our experiences. For me the class is all about having fun together under a nice atmosphere while getting a great and sweaty workout. Looking forward to see you in class!
Meet some of our wonderful teachers

Hi, my name is Daniela. I was born and raised in Munich but I have lived all over the world in my 20s. When I lived in California in 2009 I really loved the beach lifestyle and went to the gym every day.
This is where I discovered ZUMBA Fitness ®, did my instructor training and I have not stopped loving it since. I am also a certified general group fitness instructor.
Zumba Fitness® is the perfect combination of having fun and working out to mostly latin beats, but I also include hip hop, rock and roll, pop or bollywood music in my classes.
I teach every class with a smile on my face because I just love the people, the music and dancing.
For me a good instructor is not someone who shows off but someone who is able to make the class enjoyable for everyone from beginner to experienced dancer.
My goal is to make everyone sweat, smile and just live in the moment for 60 minutes without any worries or negative thoughts.
I am very excited to meet you in class!

After a few years I decided to dive deeper and become an Instructor. My first YTT200 I completed at the American Sadhana School beginning of 2015 in Bali, an intense time that once again impressively taught me the overall holistic concept of Yoga and made me a Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama and Meditation teacher. In addition I also became a certified Fascia- and Yin Teacher at My Shanti / Nuremberg and am currently in the 300+ Advanced YTT Training at Patrick Broome. Alongside I had further Yoga educations in Pre- and Postnatal Yoga and participated numerous workshops and courses from Acro- Yoga, Budokon, Strala Yoga etc.
I’ve been teaching ever since 2015 in different Studios around Stuttgart ´til end of 2018, when I finally returned to beautiful Munich. In my classes I want to offer you to find stillness in mind paired with powerful Yang and Yin Vinyasa movements. I am excited to meet you all on the mat to spent some Yoga time with you!

Hi, I was born in Kenya to British parents and spent my life moving and exploring different countries of the world, before arriving in Munich with my husband and 3 children.
I run Childbirth Preparation Classes and Postnatal groups. I have a strong belief in women’s natural ability to give birth, but have found that when women are in unfamiliar environments, away from the support of family and long-term friendships, there is a heightened need for support and guidance during pregnancy and the postnatal period.
My skills as a childbirth educator and breastfeeding counsellor have a solid medical foundation in my UK midwifery qualification as well as several years of work as a registered nurse. (I am not currently registered as a midwife here in Germany.)
I am also a qualified Hypnobirthing Instructor (The Mongan Method).
I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing your childbirth journey with you.

I started dancing at the age of 3 and have been dancing ever since. I’ve tried alot of different styles such as Ballet, Hiphop and Jazz. During high school, in Sweden at the De Geer Gymnasiet (2009-2011) I performed (dancing and singing) in a couple of musicals. After graduation, I came to Munich for studies at Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance (2011-2014). I decided to stay in beautiful Munich and I’ve been teaching since 2014. Ballet, Barre, Jazz and Hiphop are some of the different styles I'm currently teaching. I'm very much looking forward to seeing you in one of my classes!

Hi, I’m Lori, I moved to Munich 3 years ago from Los Angels, California. My studies are in Fine Arts and I worked in the Art Department for Commercial, Film and Television for over 12 years after finishing my MFA. I began my yoga journey back in 1994 in an Ashram in San Francisco and have been practicing ever since. I have studied and sampled various styles of yoga over the years and this year, 2018 I completed my 200 hours of yoga teacher training. Over the past year I developed a another passion, practicing and teaching Restorative Yoga, an art of stillness. I encourage all my students to find stillness in there active lives and their yoga practice.
